Golden Gulf

VIP airport and chauffeur service, Cairo

A VIP airport meet-and-greet and chauffeur company in Cairo whose customers are almost entirely Gulf visitors. They had no website, a WhatsApp number, and photographs of four cars.

What we built

• Five pages written from scratch in English and Gulf Arabic, right-to-left done properly
• A fleet and services section the client edits themselves, including photo uploads
• Enquiries captured to a database and pushed straight to their WhatsApp
• Live on their own domain, with a dashboard they edit themselves

Best Egypt Holidays

Tour operator, Dubai-registered

An established Egypt tour operator whose WordPress site had been broken into. We found roughly 1,370 spam posts injected across it — casino and adult content in fifteen languages — burying the real content.

What we built

• Salvaged 19 real tours and 44 itinerary days from the compromised site
• Rebuilt on infrastructure with no plugin surface to attack
• Rewrote the tour content properly rather than copying it across
• Dashboard so they add and price tours themselves
• A fresh start on a new domain, bestegyptholidays.com, carrying over only the clean content

Fit Oat

High-protein oats and cocoa, Egypt

A young Egyptian brand of high-protein oats and premium cocoa, sold through Instagram and messages, with no shop of its own. They needed a place customers could pick a flavour, pay on delivery and reorder, without every order going through a chat.

What we built

• A flavour-by-flavour home page: pick banana, strawberry, hazelnut or cocoa and the whole page changes colour around the box
• Product pages, a slide-out cart and checkout in Arabic and English
• Cash on delivery and card payments, with a delivery price for every governorate
• Order alerts, stock, discount codes and reports in a dashboard they run themselves
• A new domain, fitoateg.com, set up for them

Our own product — software for marketing agencies

A marketing agency usually runs on a dozen tools that don’t talk to each other: a CRM, a project board, spreadsheets for retainers and commissions, an invoicing app, a shared drive and WhatsApp. The numbers the owner needs — who has paid, what each client is worth, what the team is working on — end up in someone’s head. We built one system to replace them, first for a Cairo agency’s own team, then as a product any agency can sign up to.

What we built

• Sales: a lead pipeline fed straight from WhatsApp and website forms, proposals that become clients when accepted, and e-signatures with a full audit trail
• Delivery: projects and tasks with board, calendar, timeline and workload views, client approvals, and a company drive with per-folder permissions
• Money: retainers, invoices and part-payments, media-buying reconciliation, commissions and expenses, with exports for the accountant
• People: staff records, payroll and reminders before documents expire
• Clients: a branded client portal, and a monthly performance report drafted for each client automatically
• Groups: a head office can run several agencies from one account, each kept completely separate
• The basics done properly: two-factor sign-in, an activity log, weekly backups, and an API with signed webhooks
