The situation
A VIP airport meet-and-greet and chauffeur company in Cairo whose customers are almost entirely Gulf visitors. They had no website, a WhatsApp number, and photographs of four cars.
What we built
- Five pages written from scratch in English and Gulf Arabic, right-to-left done properly
- A fleet and services section the client edits themselves, including photo uploads
- Enquiries captured to a database and pushed straight to their WhatsApp
- Live on their own domain, with a dashboard they edit themselves
Made for a Gulf traveller on a phone
Almost every customer arrives from the Gulf and books from a phone. The site opens in English or Gulf Arabic with right-to-left done properly, puts a short booking form right under the first screen, and prefills the WhatsApp message so the customer only adds a flight number and arrival date.
Every enquiry is counted
Most visitors tap WhatsApp instead of filling in a form, and those taps used to leave no trace. Each tap is now logged with the page it came from, next to form requests, so the owner sees which pages and which social posts bring bookings. Links in their social posts carry campaign tags that follow the visitor to the enquiry and feed a weekly report.
Run by the owner
Services and the fleet live in a dashboard the owner edits in both languages, photos included. When the business added hotel stays with transfers and medical travel with a companion in September 2026, both went live as new services the same day.
How it is built
Astro pages served from Cloudflare's network, with a small database for the content the owner edits and every enquiry. There are no plugins to patch, and each page loads from a server close to the visitor.
Where it stands
Live at goldengulfvip.com. The client adds vehicles and edits copy in both languages without contacting us.
