The situation
A young Egyptian brand of high-protein oats and premium cocoa, sold through Instagram and messages, with no shop of its own. They needed a place customers could pick a flavour, pay on delivery and reorder, without every order going through a chat.
What we built
- A flavour-by-flavour home page: pick banana, strawberry, hazelnut or cocoa and the whole page changes colour around the box
- Product pages, a slide-out cart and checkout in Arabic and English
- Cash on delivery and card payments, with a delivery price for every governorate
- Order alerts, stock, discount codes and reports in a dashboard they run themselves
- A new domain, fitoateg.com, set up for them
Built on Zerak Store
Fit Oat is the first shop on Zerak Store, the store engine we build ourselves instead of renting a platform. Every shop runs on the same engine under its own domain, so each improvement reaches every client at once.
Out of the chats
Orders arrive as alerts, and stock, discount codes and reports sit in one dashboard, set up so orders no longer have to be taken and tracked inside Instagram messages.
Made for ordering in Egypt
Customers pay cash on delivery or by card, see the delivery price for their governorate before paying, and can switch between Arabic and English at any point.
