Zerak builds websites for businesses in Sharjah for USD 34.95 a month, all in, on a 12-month minimum with no setup fee. That one figure covers the design, the writing, the hosting and the small changes you ask for each month. We work remotely — Zerak has no office in Sharjah, Dubai or anywhere else in the United Arab Emirates — so there is no premises overhead priced into your quote, and the whole job runs over WhatsApp and a shared preview link you can open from your phone.
Most pages ranking for web design Sharjah will not tell you either of those two things. They won't publish a price, and they imply a local office they may not have. We'd rather you knew both before the first call.
What do you get for USD 34.95 a month?
Everything needed to put a working site live and keep it working. "All in" means:
- Design, copywriting and structure built for your business — not a template with your logo dropped into it.
- A dashboard to edit the site yourself, with training so someone on your team can actually use it.
- Hosting, backups and security patches.
- Uptime monitoring, so we know the site is down before a customer tells you.
- Small monthly changes — new prices, a new service, a seasonal banner — included, not invoiced.
- Search and social set-up: the basics done properly rather than left for later.
The terms on ownership are short enough to state in one line. You keep your domain and your content from day one, both in your name. The site is yours outright after two years. If you want it sooner, you can take it after the first year for a one-off USD 150. There is no hostage situation at the end of the term.

What does a Sharjah business actually need on its website?
Four things, and most sites in the Gulf are missing at least two of them. We know because we checked. In September 2026 Zerak published the State of Gulf Business Websites 2026 — 2,399 businesses pulled from Google Maps across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha and Kuwait City, with every listed website opened and checked (1,232 unique working sites).
Arabic, properly, not as an afterthought. 51% of the working sites we checked had no Arabic version at all. Sharjah is not Dubai: a far higher share of your customers read and search in Arabic first. We build and write in both languages.
WhatsApp and a tap-to-call number on every page. 58% of the sites in the study had no WhatsApp link on the homepage and 46% had no tap-to-call number. For an Industrial Area trading company or an Al Qasimia clinic, WhatsApp is the enquiry form. We put both on every page as standard.
Speed on a phone, not on your office desktop. On a random sample of 384 working sites measured with Google PageSpeed Insights, the median mobile performance score was 60/100, 22% scored under 50, and median Largest Contentful Paint — the time to show the main content — was 6.1 seconds. Only 13% came in under Google's 2.5-second "good" mark for that Core Web Vitals metric. Six seconds is long enough for someone standing in a car park comparing three suppliers to close your tab and open the next one.
Something for your Google Maps listing to point at. 38% of the businesses in the study showed no website on their Maps listing at all, and roughly one in nine listed website links was broken — about half of those were domains that no longer exist. Your Google Business Profile does the finding. The website does the convincing. If the link is dead, you paid for the first and lost the second.
Full method and the city-by-city breakdowns are on the research page.
How much does web design cost in Sharjah?

Prices are in USD. Full breakdown at seo.zerak.io for SEO plans, or get in touch for the website and shop plans.
We won't tell you what other Sharjah agencies charge — quoted prices in this market vary enormously and anyone publishing a "typical range" is guessing. What we can tell you is what actually drives the number up, wherever you get your quote: how many pages there are and whether the copy is written from scratch or supplied by you; whether the site is bilingual (that is close to double the writing); whether it sells online; whether it has to talk to a booking system, a stock system or an accounting system; and — the one people miss — whether changes are billed separately after launch.
That last point is the real structural difference. The usual model here is a large one-off build fee, then a line item every time you want a price updated. Ours is one monthly figure with small monthly changes included. Neither is universally better. If you want a three-page brochure site you will genuinely never touch again, a one-off build from someone else may cost you less over five years. If your site has to change as the business changes, the monthly model will cost you less and annoy you less.
Online shops for Sharjah retailers and trading businesses
Our shop plan is USD 32 a month and we set it up for you — products loaded, photos handled, Arabic and English, phone-first checkout, orders, stock, refunds, packing slips, discount codes, reviews, abandoned-cart reminders, and Instagram and Google product feeds. No setup fee.
Shop Plus at USD 59 a month adds an in-store till with printed receipts, branches each holding their own stock with pickup, gift cards and loyalty points, and digital products. The branch feature is the one that matters if you have a showroom in Sharjah and a second in Dubai or Ajman — one stock pool, two counters, one set of numbers.
On payments: cash on delivery is built in. Other payment options are agreed shop by shop, because what you can accept depends on your bank, your licence and your provider — we'll work through that with you rather than promise a gateway before we know your set-up. (In Egypt, Paymob cards and wallets, Fawry and InstaPay are built in.) For Gulf fashion houses we often use the approach you can see on the Maison Mirath demo at zerak.io/shops: prices shown in dirhams, payment by link after a WhatsApp confirmation, which suits made-to-order and couture pricing better than a card checkout does.
Already have a site? Moving it is not a rebuild from zero
Two routes, and we'll tell you which one your site needs after we look at it.
We take it over and look after it. Hosting, domain and every login moved into your name, then patched, monitored and maintained. This suits a site that works and that you are not sick of.
We rebuild it and keep what you have earned. Content carried across, URL structure mapped, old links redirected to the new pages so the rankings follow. For shops, products import from Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla or Zid, and old product links redirect to the new ones. WordPress ran 42% of the sites in our study, so this is the usual starting point.
The honest caveat: a redirect plan preserves rankings in most cases, not all. We rebuilt Best Egypt Holidays from scratch on a new domain after its old site was hacked. The old domain and its rankings were not carried over. That was the right call and we say so publicly, because you should hire people who tell you what did not transfer as readily as what did. If you want to see what a neglected site looks like under the bonnet, we once opened a client's site and found 1,370 spam posts.
How does a project run when nobody is in the room?
Four steps, the same for every client:
- A free half-hour call. No deck, no pitch.
- A written fixed scope — what gets built, what it costs, when it lands.
- A live preview link from the first week. You watch it take shape instead of waiting for a reveal.
- Domain and data in your name from day one, plus training on the dashboard.
We don't promise a delivery date in days or weeks before we've scoped the job, because the honest answer depends on how fast content and approvals come back from your side.
Day to day, the remote relationship runs on WhatsApp — in Arabic or English, whichever you prefer. More detail at zerak.io/guides/process.
What have you built?
Golden Gulf — a tourism and car rental business. Bookings and fleet presented for customers who arrive from Google and from WhatsApp.
Best Egypt Holidays — a tour operator, rebuilt from scratch on a new domain after a hack took the old site down.
Fit Oat — a product brand selling direct.
We also build and run Wieldy, our own agency management software. We are not only an agency looking after other people's websites; we ship and support a product of our own, which is why the maintenance side of what we sell is not an afterthought. More work at zerak.io/guides/work.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Sharjah?
No. Zerak is a remote team and works with businesses across Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. We have no UAE office, address or trade licence, and we say so rather than letting you find out later. Everything runs over WhatsApp, calls and a shared preview link, and the saving on premises is part of why the price is USD 34.95 a month.
Who owns the website and the domain if I pay monthly?
You own the domain and your content from day one — both are registered in your name, not ours. The site itself becomes yours outright after two years on the plan, or you can buy it out after the first year for a one-off USD 150. If you leave, you leave with the domain, the content and the site.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly fee?
Inside the 12-month minimum term the plan runs to its end. After that, if you stop paying before the buyout, hosting and maintenance stop — but your domain and your content remain yours and we hand over access. The USD 150 buyout after year one exists precisely so that nobody is trapped in a subscription to keep their own site online.
Can you build my website in Arabic and English?
Yes. We design, write and build in both languages. This matters more in Sharjah than almost anywhere else in the UAE: in the State of Gulf Business Websites 2026 study of 1,232 working Gulf business sites, 51% had no Arabic version at all.
Do you also do SEO, or just the website?
Both, sold separately. SEO plans start at USD 299 a month on a three-month minimum, and Zerak website clients get 20% off every plan. Every plan includes weekly tracking of whether AI assistants — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews — name your business or name a competitor instead. Details and a free website audit are at seo.zerak.io.
Can a remote team really build a website for a business in Sharjah?
Yes, and the check on that claim is the work, not the postcode. You get a live preview link in the first week, a written fixed scope before anything starts, and a dashboard you control. If what we send back doesn't look like a Sharjah business's website — wrong language balance, no WhatsApp, slow on a phone — you will see it in week one, not at handover.
