Websites for Abu Dhabi and Sharjah businesses, built and looked after for USD 34.95 a month
A website for your business — designed, written, hosted, patched and monitored — costs USD 34.95 a month, all in, with a 12-month minimum and no setup fee. The domain and content are registered in your name from day one, and the site is yours outright after two years, or after the first year for a one-off USD 150. Zerak works with businesses in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah remotely, so there is no office overhead built into that price.
You need a website. You asked two or three agencies, got a large number upfront, and nobody explained what happens after launch — who patches it, who changes the phone number, who owns the domain.
Here is our answer, price first. Zerak designs, writes and structures a website for your business — not a template — then hosts it, backs it up, patches it, monitors uptime, makes small monthly changes and sets up search and social. USD 34.95 a month. 12-month minimum. No setup fee.
Ownership is settled on day one: the domain and the content are registered in your name from the start. The site is yours outright after two years, or you can take it after the first year for a one-off USD 150. No hostage situation, no handover fee argument.
We work as a web design company for businesses in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and we handle the web development behind it too — shops, booking flows, business systems. English and Arabic.

Does Zerak have an office in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah?
Plainly: Zerak works remotely. We have no office, address or trade licence in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or anywhere else in the UAE. We work with businesses across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the wider Gulf and Egypt.
That is why the monthly price is what it is. There is no showroom to pay rent on, no reception, no account-management layer being billed back to you on top of the build.
What a remote build actually looks like:
- A free half-hour call. We ask what the business does, who buys from it, what you want the site to make happen — enquiries, bookings, orders.
- A written fixed scope. What gets built, what it costs, when it lands. It is agreed before anything starts.
- A live preview link from the first week. A real site on a real URL you can open on your phone, not a PDF mockup.
- Domain and data in your name from day one. Registered to you, not to us.
- Dashboard training at the end, so you can change text, prices and images yourself.
We work in English and Arabic, including Arabic copywriting and Arabic-language SEO. That matters if a meaningful share of your customers in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi search and read in Arabic — and, on the evidence, most businesses here are not serving them. In our own study of 2,399 Gulf businesses, State of Gulf Business Websites 2026, 51% of working sites had no Arabic version at all.

What does the USD 34.95 website plan include?
All in. No setup fee. The plan covers the build and the looking-after, which are usually sold as two separate invoices elsewhere. You get a dashboard to edit the site yourself, and small monthly changes are included when you would rather we did it.
What do the online shop plans include?
Both Shop (USD 32/month) and Shop Plus (USD 59/month) run on Zerak's own store engine, with hosting, updates, support and first set-up included and no setup fee. You can see working examples at zerak.io/shops.
On payments: options are agreed per shop. Built in as standard are cash on delivery and, for Egypt, Paymob cards and wallets, Fawry and InstaPay. For Gulf fashion and couture clients we commonly price in dirhams and take payment by link after a WhatsApp confirmation, which is how that market already buys. If you need a specific gateway, raise it on the call and we will scope it.
What do web apps and business systems cost?
Booking systems, portals, internal tools. These are scoped and quoted before any work begins — one fixed price for the build, no hourly billing, no running meter. We will not put a number on this page because the number depends entirely on what you need.
What does SEO cost?
SEO Monitor USD 299/month. SEO Growth USD 599/month. SEO Authority USD 1,499/month. AI Search Visibility USD 390/month. Zerak website clients get 20% off every SEO plan. It is sold at seo.zerak.io, where there is also a free website audit.
On what everyone else charges: web design prices in the UAE vary widely and we are not going to invent a range for our competitors. What actually drives the cost of any quote you receive: the number of pages, whether it is bilingual, whether copy and photography are produced for you or you supply them, whether the site takes money online, and — the one most quotes leave out — whether anyone maintains the thing after launch. Ask every agency you speak to what year two costs.
What happens in the first month of a project?
The call comes first. Half an hour, free, no deck. We ask what you sell, who to, what a good enquiry looks like, what you currently lose customers over. If you already have a site, we open it on the call.
Then the written scope. Pages, languages, what the forms do, what the shop does if there is one, the price, and a date. It exists so that neither of us argues in month three about what was agreed in week one.
From the first week you get a live preview link. Real pages, real text, on a real address. You send comments on the thing itself rather than on a flat image of it. Meanwhile the domain and hosting are registered in your name — if you already own the domain, it stays yours and we get access, not ownership.
At the end, a dashboard walkthrough. You change the opening hours, swap a photo, add a service, edit prices. No email, no ticket, no waiting.
What "small monthly changes" means in practice: text edits, swapping images, adding or updating a service or a team member, price changes, a new form field, seasonal banners. Where it becomes a new scope: a new language, a shop added to a brochure site, a booking or payment system, a custom integration, or a full redesign. We will tell you which side of the line something falls on before we do it, not after.
Already have a website? What are the options?
Take it over and look after it. Hosting, domain and access move into your name. We patch it, back it up, monitor it and make your monthly changes on the plan. Useful if the site is fine but the person who built it stopped answering.
Rebuild it, keeping your content and rankings. We keep the pages that earn traffic, rewrite what needs rewriting, and redirect every old link to its new page so the equity follows. WordPress sites — which run 42% of the Gulf business sites we checked — are the most common starting point here.
For shops, we import products from Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla or Zid and redirect the old product URLs to the new ones. Products, images, variants and categories come across; you do not retype a catalogue.
The proof point is Best Egypt Holidays, a tour operator whose old site had been hacked. We rebuilt it from scratch on a new domain — the old domain and its rankings could not be carried over — and it now runs clean.
What happens to a website nobody looks after?
We opened a client's website and found 1,370 spam posts injected into it. Not a hack that took the site down — a quiet one. Pages published under their domain, selling things that had nothing to do with their business, indexed by Google, invisible from the homepage.
It fits a pattern we see constantly in this region: a site built once, invoiced, handed over, and then never patched again. The plugins age, a known vulnerability goes unfixed, and someone turns the business's domain into their own advertising channel. Nobody notices until rankings drop or a customer asks about it.
The security patches, backups and uptime monitoring in the USD 34.95 plan exist for exactly this. Not as a feature list — as the specific thing that prevents the specific failure above.
Work we have built
Golden Gulf — tourism and car rental. We built the site and the enquiry flow, so vehicles and tours are presented properly and enquiries land in one place instead of scattered across WhatsApp and phone notes.
Best Egypt Holidays — a tour operator. After the old site was hacked, we rebuilt it from scratch on a new domain. They now edit tours and pricing themselves.
We also build our own software: Wieldy, agency management software. It matters here because it means the people building your site maintain a product in production, not just client work.
You can click into the demo shops at zerak.io/shops — including Maison Mirath, a luxury abaya shop for the Gulf. Add something to the basket and go through checkout. It is a working shop, not a screenshot.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a UAE agency to build my website?
No. You need someone who answers, who puts the scope in writing, and who registers the domain in your name. We work remotely with businesses in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Dubai and have no UAE office. If meeting in person is a requirement for you, choose an agency with an office — that is a fair reason.
Can you build the site in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Arabic and English, including Arabic copywriting written for the language rather than translated word for word, and Arabic-language SEO. Both versions are part of the same build. Half the working Gulf business sites we surveyed had no Arabic version at all, which is an open goal in most sectors.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain and the content are registered in your name from day one, not ours. The site itself is yours outright after two years on the plan, or after the first year for a one-off USD 150. We never hold a domain to force a renewal.
What happens if I want to leave after a year?
Pay USD 150 and take the site. We hand over the files and access and you host it wherever you like — or find someone else to maintain it. If you stay a second year, it becomes yours outright with no buyout payment at all.
Do you build online shops as well as websites?
Yes, on Zerak's own store engine. Shop is USD 32 a month with your products and photos set up for you; Shop Plus is USD 59 a month and adds an in-store till, branches with their own stock and pickup, gift cards, loyalty points and digital products. Both are bilingual and phone-first. Businesses in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi are welcome.
How long does it take?
We do not quote a number of days before we know what we are building. The sequence: free half-hour call, then a written scope that contains a delivery date we commit to, then a live preview link from the first week so you can see progress rather than ask about it. The date is in the scope, in writing, before you pay anything.
Do you do the SEO too?
Yes, sold separately at seo.zerak.io. Plans start at USD 299 a month and go up to USD 1,499 for Arabic and English at 60 keywords. Website clients get 20% off every plan. Growth and above include Google Business Profile work. There is a free website audit on the same site if you want a read on where you stand first.
